Welcome to VividPromotion! We want you to love what you order. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
📦 Standard Returns (Up to 30 Days)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most non-personalised items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
🎨 Personalised Items
Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items unless:
The item is faulty
The item was damaged in transit
We sent the wrong product
This includes products with names, logos, designs, or any custom artwork.
*PLEASE NOTE: please ensure all names and logos are spelt correctly as we will only print/embroider what you send to us. We do not accept liability for correcting spelling errors or incorrect personalisations*

Please include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
💰 Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
We’ll notify you by email when your refund is issued.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
🔄 Exchanges
