You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most non-personalised items.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

🎨 Personalised Items
Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items unless:

The item is faulty

The item was damaged in transit

We sent the wrong product

This includes products with names, logos, designs, or any custom artwork.
